This past January was the first time I had ever taken a cruise.
I was nervous at first thinking that I would be seasick most of the time, so I was prepared with all the pills, bracelets and patches (just in case).
However, after the 1st day, I had gotten my “SEA LEGS”, basically I had gotten used to the swaying of the boat.

The ship was a Royal Caribbean vessel – Adventure of the Seas – and it was magnificent! Besides that the boat looks like the largest and most beautiful hotel you would stay at, the service was impeccable. Everyone in the staff would always reply- “my pleasure madame…” and do whatever I asked them for. Now -about the Kosher food- this was NOT a kosher cruise but that is not a problem whatsoever. I guarantee you will still gain weight!
They have Weberman prepackaged meals-varieties of chicken, beef and fish. They can triple wrap salmon and tilapia – which they did daily for us. They also triple wrapped baked potatoes and sweet potatoes. They prepared non dressed salads to our specifications. They were so accommodating to our needs it was incredible! Breakfast was also no problem. There is a huge buffet with all sorts of food and they will show you the hashgacha of certain items if you ask. There is coffee all day, tea, juices, yogurts, cottage cheese, cream cheese, Lenders bagels, Kellogs cereals, fruit galore! So you see- you will not starve!
There is entertainment galore! 2-3 shows nightly, a large casino, shops, spa, disco, parades, ice skating, games (like being on a game show)…and much more!
It was the BEST vacation EVER!!! And did I tell you we were at 6 ports of call?!
